i was saying that i was thinking of getting an IPAD with some of the income tax return...and...also made a mention that id start to supply myself with the basics for reborning with some of the money as well.
my son said, very vocally, "reborn babies are...DUMB!" with that ever present "teen" attitude attatched.
to which i went into WHY i feel its an avenue im interested in doing.
1)- its hot right now, people pay for them.
2)- you can command your own price. (basic set up for 1 doll is around 150.00, double that for labor and you can sell a baby for 300.00 -not bad)
3)-its an ART FORM..i explain it by saying its a 3-dementional canvas.
4)- you can do CUSTOMS and charge even MORE for your abilities, because people may desire your esthetic to do a 'memorial' baby for them.
5)- in this economy, people are STILL purchasing them.
6)- its a ONE OF A KIND ART WORK.
7)- its a COLLECTABLE.
while i was talking all this out in the few minutes to try to make the kid understand the uniquness of this craft, i said...something to the effect of..." and id be making someone a forever baby"
and it hit me...my possible NEW web page name.."FOREVERBABIES. com
doesnt have anything to do with monkeys, but its...as my kid said to me as soon as i said it was good for a web page name: "QUITE CATCHY".
i dont rememebr if craig has actually purchased WhitandWhimzy. com yet. i like it too...has that "whimzicle', 'fun'. 'magical' feel to it....
maybe ill just use WhitandWHimzy as my umbrella name and have everything else under it as subdomains.

looking online to see if the URL : foreverbabies .com has ben taken showed me that there is NO one holding that URL. there are a few other 'FOREVERBABIES' like names...

but NO foreverbabies.com
so, looks like if i wanted it i could get it.
